The Curious Case of Leonardo’s Bicycle by BRICK (aka John Stuart Clark)

Join cartoonist BRICK for an illustrated, factual and humorous talk as he discusses a hidden drawing discovered during the restoration of Leonardo’s Codex Atlanticus that revealed he ‘invented’ the bicycle! What is the truth behind this discovery; is it a hoax, a fraud or for real, and how does this controversy fit with Leonardo’s passion for horses?

BRICK is the writer/cartoonist behind Depresso, To End All Wars and The Curious Case of Leonardo’s Bicycle, and is Hon. Assoc. Prof. of Comics at the University of Nottingham.

Places are strictly limited and booking is essential.  All talks are free, but normal entry charges apply.
