Lift: The lift has maintenance in progress, therefore the lift accesses only the Lower Basement to Ground Floors of the Museum & Galleries. We will update on the website when the lift accesses First Floor also.

But what if it was built for nature?

In this special pop-up display in the Temporary Exhibition Galleries for the Easter holidays, we welcome you to imagine a fortress for frogs, a palace for plants, or even a gallery for grass snakes using LEGO bricks!

Daily session timings:
10:15am – 11am
11:15am – 12pm
1pm – 1:45pm
2pm – 2:45pm
3pm – 3:45pm

Standard Admission to Nottingham Castle is required – pay once, visit all year round!

Is there light, fresh air and water for plants and animals? What will animals eat? Where can they sleep? Are there safe places they can build dens or nests for their babies?
