KS1 and KS2 (up to year 5) | Subject: History, English, Drama | Topics: Castles, Robin Hood Join Robin Hood by becoming his part of his band of outlaws. Raid Nottingham Castle’s treasure vaults to give to the poor, but not before crossing rivers, crawling through tunnels and fighting knights! Find out more about Castle life in Robin Hood’s band in medieval Nottingham, using stories, signing and clues to rescue Robin from the Sheriff. Learning objectives
  • Discovering the tales of Nottingham’s hooded outlaw
  • Understand Nottingham Castle’s role as a place of historic and national importance
  • Participating in role-play and song; learn about sources of evidence through handling objects

  • Participate in discussions, presentations, performances, role play/improvisations and debates
