‘Map of bears’

In collaboration with the University of Nottingham, there has been a ‘map of bears’ released for locations around the City.

This map includes features of our venues across Nottingham City Museums.

Nottingham Castle has salt-glaze bears and bears in the Spooner painting of Goose Fair that are visible in the long gallery, while Newstead Abbey & Wollaton Hall also get mentioned as Wollaton Hall has bears.
